We will explore creativity through writing, storytelling, drawing, imagination exercises, singing — and as a special treat, a cooking class with our host Nikki.

There will be outdoor and indoor restorative activities like hiking, swimming, meditation, gentle yoga and breath work. You will have free time to use as you wish, like exploring the mountain trails, getting a massage, or popping into the French boule bar.

Nikki & Hugh have restored their alpine gem into a veritable fairytale getaway.
They are the consummate hosts, ensuring everyone is well-fed and has an unforgettable time. 

Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Chalet are lovingly prepared by Nikki from local organic ingredients. There will also be snacks and tea throughout the day. In addition, you will be treated to a special lunch in a local boutique restaurant where the pasta is made from scratch and everything you eat is sourced from the neighboring farms.

We will take trip to the village of Moûtiers for a bit of French farmer’s market shopping.
Let’s not forget about the wine and cheese tasting!

The PARIS Bonus

I lived in Paris for two years and I have a few favorite spots I’d be happy to share with you. You’ll be immersed in its beauty and history for a day and then we’ll take a beautiful train ride and travel together into the Alps.

We’ll go to Montmartre to see Sacre Coeur and have some crêpes, I’ll show you the beautiful Père Lachaise cemetery where Chopin and Édith Piaf are buried and where even Dracula shows up now and again.

There is no additional cost for me showing you around Paris but you will have to cover the cost for your own hotel accommodation and food for the day. I am happy to advise on hotel options.
