movies, music and more movies
I guess the one benefit of not writing very often is that I now have a lot to tell you.
Hope you’re doing well and that you’ve enjoyed the rest of your summer and now fall. I love November; the air gets crisp, the sky is clear and I love thinking about the holidays. Christmas is my favorite time of year. 🙂
The first great news is that our short film, “All Sales Final” got accepted into the Asheville Cinema Festival. I can’t tell you how excited I am about that!! This is the festival who premiered “Silver Linings Notebook” and “The Artist.” The director of the festival actually called me on the phone to congratulate us. I thought it was a prank call at first. ha!
Good news #2 is in music.
My two singles, “Grandma’s House’ and “Someday” were just accepted by Pandora.
http://bit.ly/SomedayOnPandoraAaaaand, good news #3 is that we made another short film. This one’s a documentary about Transylvania, my birth place. It’s called “Transilvania Frumoasa,” Transylvania the Beautiful. I love it! There was so much good footage but I kept it at 5 minutes. Just need to mix the sound and it’s ready for sneak peaks, film festivals & beyond. (more info here)
I think that’s about it on my end.
Let me know how you’re doing.
